Dr. Sridevi Khambhampaty boasts an impressive 22-year career in the biopharmaceutical and biotechnology sector. Her extensive expertise is reflected in her adept leadership of teams in the development of a diverse range of innovative products, including proteins and monoclonal antibodies. Beyond her technical prowess, Dr. Sridevi is renowned for her exceptional ability to define long-term organizational goals and craft strategic pathways to propel divisions to new heights. Following a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University in California, Sridevi, who holds a PhD from NCBS-TIFR Bangalore, has served in various leadership roles in at Syngene International, Intas Pharmaceuticals and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. She has multiple patents and Publications to her credit.

Dr. Rajesh Medisetty is a Biochemist with 20 years of industry and research experience. He has served at different levels in industries like Dandu Biosciences Private Limited, Biological E Limited and Dr Reddy’s Laboratories. He comes with diverse experience of both biologics and complex Molecules product development. He holds a doctorate degree in Biochemistry from Osmania University and post-doctoral fellowship from Roswell Park Cancer Institute, Buffalo, NY. He is a gold medallist with master’s degree in Biochemistry. Dr Rajesh Medisetty is responsible for research and development of CRDMO projects, inhouse projects and pipeline assets as well as life-cycle management of the approved therapeutic proteins, biosimilars and vaccines.

Mr. Balaji Sunkara is having 21+ years of Global and India Regulatory experience in Biotech Industry (Biosimilars, Vaccines, Biotherapeutics and Generics). He has served at different levels in industries like Intas Pharmaceuticals Limited (Biopharma), Hetero Biopharma Limited, Cadila Healthcare Limited, Bharat Biotech Intl. Limited, Gland Pharma Limited. He has rich experience in regulatory strategies, regulatory submissions and facing clients/ regulators for Regulated Markets (US, EU, UK, Switzerland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand), Emerging Markets more than 90 countries (Asia, Africa, MENA, CIS & LATAM regions) and India Market. Secured regulated market approvals, many emerging market approvals and India market approvals for different molecules in previous organizations. He holds postgraduate degree in Chemistry from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Andhra Pradesh, India. Mr Balaji Sunkara is head and responsible for Regulatory Affairs department for complete life-cycle regulatory activities (from product development to product launch and post-approval stage) of In-house products, In-licensing projects, CDMO projects for respective markets.

Mr. PV Narasimha Rao is an alumna of Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode and he brings with his a wealth of experience, with over 26 years of expertise gained from his tenure at companies such as Indian Navy and Godrej group.
PVN is focused on shaping HR strategies and initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and growth within Shilpa group. He is leveraging his expertise and insights and is instrumental in driving the organizational objectives forward and ensuring that Shilpa Biologics continues to attract, retain and develop top talent.

Mr. Gaurav Kaushik comes with more than 19 years of experience spread across Operational Quality Assurance, Analytical Quality Assurance, Quality Management System, Audit & Compliance, New Product Introduction, Technology Transfer, Regulatory Inspections etc. Gaurav completed his Post Graduation in Microbiology from J.C. Bose Institute of Life Sciences. Over the years, Gaurav has worked with leading Biologicals, Vaccines and pharmaceutical companies, including RFCL, Panacea Biotec, Modimundi Pharma, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, Zydus Lifesciences Ltd. As Shilpa Biologicals ’s Site Quality Head, Gaurav leads the Quality and Compliance function and will be responsible for initiatives to further strengthen our track record in quality and compliance.

Mr. Bose Vinukonda is having 20 years of experience in multi-disciplinary and multi product environment of biopharmaceutical industry in the areas of Monoclonal Antibodies, Recombinant Therapeutic Proteins& vaccines. He expertise in managing entire breadth of commercial operations encompassing procurement, conceptualizing profitable production projects. Adopt in enhancing the production operations, optimization of resource utilization, productivity, and team efforts. He holds postgraduate degree in Biotechnology, over the years he has served at different levels& roles in industries like Kwality Pharmaceuticals Limited, Hetero Biopharma Private Limited, Gen Bio Sciences private Limited and Brilliant Biopharma Private Limited. As Shilpa biologicals Operations head, Bose leads the Production, Engineering& Maintenance, Information technology& Warehouse.
